Maui Real Estate Feels Tighter Than Stats Show

By

Perhaps it's because we've been through some tough years that the Maui real estate market feels tighter than stats would indicate.  All Maui regions show absorption rates well above the 6-month mark that many consider to be a balanced market.  The West Side absorption rate is especially high and well into the Red Zone (see color codes per Business Week).  Other areas are doing relatively well and may be "in the green" later this year.
