At Realty Pro's Tuesday realtor meeting...we were honored to hear Noah Blanton from Stewart Title give us an update, "we are at the lowest level of homes to sell in the last 12 years." Our market statistics show that this number has been falling for about 18 months.  There are plenty of great opportunities out there for sellers and for buyers too. We are hopefully seeing a 3.3% rise in home values predicted for Clark County, WA for this year.

Anytime a GOOD, NICE, CLEAN home comes on the market...it gets a LOT of showings.  If you've been thinking of selling your home and moving up to a larger home or moving to a smaller place...Call me for all your real estate questions:  360-852-1689.  I'm excited to tell you about our new Realty Pro Star Marketing! It's aggressive and powerful. I can sell your house quickly and for top dollar!

Clark County as of April 2013 only has 2.6 months of single family home residences...amazing!
