Activity in March this year slowed by four percent.
This year homes closed 47 days faster.
Sellers accepted seven percent less than their original listing price.
Inventory has dropped again. There are 218 homes on the market in North Tacoma and University Place, with an average listing price of $456,300 and a median of $329,000.
The market continues to favor sellers, but well-qualified buyers can still get mortgages at very low rates.
