Wow! It's been a productive couple of weeks. On March 18, got my two-family listing on Tholozan under contract. We are almost through the building inspection resolution on that one. On March 26, I got a buyer contract accepted on a home in South City; we are finished with inspections on that one. On March 27, my listing in House Springs went under contract. Inspection is scheduled for that one tomorrow. On March 30 I got another buyer contract accepted on a home in Southampton Neighborhood. We'll do inspections on that one later this week. Then today,I got another buyer deal accepted in South County. The worst part of it all is getting all the paperwork together. That was my project for tonight. Thank goodness for electronic signatures!
