Wayne Home Prices

We have seen listing prices increase steadily over the last 12 months, as, we examine home prices in Wayne PA.  We expect prices to continue to increase in 2013, as, the overall economy continues to improve.  If you are considering buying a home, now would be a good time, as the number of available homes is shrinking.  This decrease in supply will continue to put upward pressure on prices.  So if you have been searching for the bottom in Wayne, it was likely reached in October with sold prices steadily increasing.  To make sure that you properly navigate this changing market, you'll want an agent that does a thorough market analysis of the home you are making an offer on and knows how to move decisively.  And remember, it is now common for fairly priced homes to receive multiple offers.

I follow all of the local markets that comprise Philly's Main Line.  With the exception of a few, all these local markets have similar sales trends.  The one's that don't are the very, very high priced communities.  Wayne has about the highest sales to list price ratio in the area.  Most are that I follow range from 90% to 94%.  Thankd for the comments.  Have  a great day.

Is Philly Main Line still "the" place to be?  I lived in Chester Springs for a year and worked in Malvern.  Great data on the local market.

The market on Philly's Main Line has been stable for months and activity continues to increase.  A lot of couples from Center City Phila choose to move out to the Main Line for their young kids to attend highly rated schools.  Thanks for the comments.  Have  a great day.
