In this technology-based age of humming, whirling, and swooshing of bits and bytes, it’s a well-known fact that prospective Buyers of real estate are better educated than ever before.

Recent statistics indicate that 96% of Buyers actually select the properties they see from internet listings they’ve clicked through to when doing a general search. 

REALTORS® who want to reach out and be seen by the surfers have a myriad of enticements, which may be viewed, reviewed several times and then and enquiry is sent for information or to make appointments to see properties.

Sometimes, even in this imperfect world,  the people, their levels of knowledge and thought processes mesh well – what a wonderful circumstance. Some Buyers prefer to be led through the process, others like to collaborate with their REALTOR® by participating and tying up as many loose ends as is possible. 

Working with a selected REALTOR® is like “going steady” – except we aren’t walking down the aisle to face the unknowns! Ideally, through due diligence and perseverance, the “unknowns” will be hardly significant – and you’ll be the excited master of your new universe. 

Like dreamy-eyed explorers, keep your feet on the ground – ask the right questions and find a REALTOR® you feel you can work well with….when you wish upon a star!

Very nice post...the ways of connection to a consumer are very differentn for a realtor, today...no matter where they reside.
