How are Active Rain and my new app called MyFitnessPal the same? Hook!

Well, you have Friends.

And  you write something every night...as in what you ate that day.

What a fright!

And there are points. In other words, calorie savings for exercise expenditures.

There are bonus rewards. There are tracking systems. There is competition. There is fun.

Well, gotta run. My third post is done and I have to sum up my food for MyFitnessPal next.

Cheryl, this sounds like a quite wonderful app!  Wonder if it could get as addictive as Active Rain?

Cheryl, I put the app on my iPhone a while back and it works great to keep me on track. It works best for me if I enter the info each time I ate, rather than waiting till the end of the day.
