North Scottsdale community garage sale - Los Alisos, Saturday, April 13th

Los Alisos garage sale If you like picking up bargains and browsing garage sales, the Los Alisos community in north Scottsdale is having a whole community garage sale on Saturday, April 13th. Located just south of Carefree Hwy on 60th Street, I'm sure you'll find plenty of bargains in the Los Alisos Community Garage sale.

For directions, see the map below. Starting at 7:00 AM, plan on going early to get the most selection. With our weather in the 80's, it'll be a great day to bargain hunt.

After searching, you might want to

try the Good Egg at Terravita Marketplace or venture up to Harold's in Cave Creek for a wonderful breakfast. Warning: Don't get the Wagon Wheel unless you're REALLY, REALLY hungry, LOL.

OMG, Doug - I'm just imagining you listening to your grandma - I bet she was a hoot!

Karen, I was showing homes yesterday in this gated community and saw the sign. Should be a good one!!!! So many of the communities have whole community garage sales here in Scottsdale and Cave Creek - a bargain hunter's paradise AND a great way to recycle. For our tiny community, as all donate any proceeds to area food banks and animal rescues - a small way for us all to give back.

Juli, This is a great Localism post. I donate my unwanted items and clothing to the Goodwill, Salvation Army or HOPE.

Just to name "Wagon Wheel" sounds like it's a huge amount of food.

LOL, Kathleen, it is. My dad ordered once when he came out to visit - I've never laughed so hard as when they brought out the platter andI do mean PLATTER of food, LOL. It was enough for four of us, but was SO GOOD.
