That Little DifferenceEvery good salesperson is a little "cocky"!

They are a little arrogant!

They start a little earlier.

They work a little latter.

They drive a little faster.

They take a few more classes.

They offer considered opinions to help others.

They play a little less, but a lot harder.

They are a little more passionate.

They are a little more concerned.

They expect success.

They think they earned it!

They indeed have!

They know outstanding just takes a little more.

That's the little difference!

and what a great little difference a bit more effort will take to run that extra mile... then you can look back at your competition in the rear view mirror

Mark,

"Run" I can barely walk.

But, you're on the mark!

Personally, I never look back.

I believe in leading the way.

Hi Bill A, Who did the portrait? I don't think they quite caught your essence. Maybe they needed to do just a little more (or less). I'm not sure.

You are definitely the Real Estate Sage.

P.S. the difference between a .250 hitter and a .300 is ONE HIT in 20 at-bats.

Bill - is arrogance only a characteristic of good salesperson? At best you might find it across the board.

For some reason I think that you are or were writing poetry.

Jon,

Arrogance occurs at both ends of the spectrum!

Those at the bottom end substitute arrogance for competence.

At the top end people are perceived as arrogant or cocky by both the boisterous bottom feeders and the wishy-washy middle.

Any one bold enough and comfordant enough to express their opinions on a public forum such as our post here on AR is going to be seen as arrogant and cocky.

LOL, I am sure there are a few other words used for me when I express my opinions. Of course, I seldom say what I really think!  ;-)  J

Hmm, can't get the winking one to convert to the face......
