Squatter and Pole Dancer Combo...

Real Estate Agent with Short Sales, Foreclosures, Rentals, Income Real Estate

As any Real Estate agent can tell you...it's often a strange business to say the least!  Take this case for example:

Herb Vinegar an agent in my office was excited to obtain a new short sale listing in the city of Carson.  Herb was given the keys by the owner, who assumed the property was vacant. So as he tried the keys in the door, for some reason, they would not work.  Then Herb got the shock of the week, when a 20 something bombshell opened the door. (Now keep in mind, Herb is a pretty open minded individual)...  After catching his breath, his eyes focused on a stripper pole in the middle of the living room.  The young lady told him her stage name was Bella, and she was renting the home.  As you can imagine, this took Herb quite by surprise!

Herb tried to explain the situation to her, but she informed him, that she has rights too!  It seems another devious person had changed the locks and "rented" the house to her.  What to do? What to do?

Herb informed the property owners of the strange circumstances and it was agreed that the woman would be allowed 30 days to find other suitable/lawful living accomdations.  To everyone's delight this story had a "swinging" ending.

I'll have to ask Herb what's to become of the pole...I wonder if she took it with her?

Here are some actual pictures from the home and ...Pole!

Apparently this is the current status of the home, as you can see...the pole is still there!  So is the "tenant".  Rumor has it she's looking for a nice "pole friendly" home in Beverly Hills..so if anyone out there has pole friendly lease, give Herb a call. (LOL) Herb says "nevermind"...
