I have had two properties over the weekend (Super Bowl Weekend no less) receive multiple offers on both. Where is the media when you want to spread the good news? I guess we can take it upon ourselves to do so. Happy Selling.

Sounds good! I have some listings that could use an offer or two. My area has seen some increased buyer activity, but it hasn't lead to any offers on my listings, YET. I believe that it won't be much longer.
