A small piece of my mind......

Now this has absolutely nothing to do with real estate except I have been down for a week and am now struggeling to stand right now.... No exageration on that one. On Saturday I went to Fry's Supermarket to pick up a couple of things for Superbowl Sunday. I came home and within an hour and a half I was laid out flat on my back with the absolute worst case of the flu I had ever seen. Now I have had the flu before but this was monsterous. I called a friend and sent him down to pick up some theraflu. He did and I proceeded to drink it as nasty as it is cup after cup. I just kept getting worse and worse. Finally Yesterday I was able to summon up enough strength to go down to the pharmacy and ask some questions and get the proper medication. In my conversation with the pharmcist she advised me why thraflu would not help at all. It seems that with the major meth epidemic that we have in our country that the authorities have rightfully demanded that all stores put medication like this behind the counter and make everyone sign and show proper ID to purchase it. Well the company that  manufactures theraflu decided they did not want there product being sold from behind the counter due to the lack of visibility. SOOOO they decided they would continue to make the product MINUS the ACTIVE ingredients that made it work........ Still marketing it as theraflu. I smell consumer fraud here, don't you???

Realtor,
No changes at all..... The pharmacist was disgusted talking about it.

Mark, the medicine issue has us all up in arms.  Think how many of us have been giving our children cold/flu meds and not "they" are saying these meds not only work, but could cause problems.  This is America and it is really sad what is going on.

Theraflu, not fixing the flu.  Horrible!
