Ready for RETSO Refocus

I’m excited about the next two days. I’m about to pack an overnight bag for my “trip” from Jonesboro, GA to Duluth, GA to attend RETSO Refocus at the Gwinnett Center. Okay, I know It’s only about 30 miles up the highway and a two-day event  may be a flimsy excuse for an overnight hotel stay, hey, but I’m taking it. A mini-break and a chance to avoid Atlanta rush hour traffic are all the excuse this girl needs.

So, tomorrow I’ll join other real estate professionals in the Southeast who are intrigued by the unveiling of the Business Model Canvas and other new developments in real estate technology.

Here’s how our Georgia MLS describes it.

Interesting, huh? I can’t wait. As the market shifts again, it is a good time to refocus, refine our strategies and maximize our most important resources. A tool or tool suite that promises to help us do that now is certainly worth a look.

Plus, I’ll get to network with members of my Activerain community, meet our evangelist, Bob Stewart, and since I’ve promised to wear the T-shirt, I’ll have a wonderful opportunity to represent and promote our community.

So that’s why I’m excited and looking forward to tomorrow. That, and the overnight mini-break that just happens to come with a jacuzzi.
