My thoughts are that it will be, still a little stabilizing going on right now and with interest rates still dropping I feel the buyers will be out in full force looking for that deal. What are your thoughts?

I think this will be a strong year for real estate, and a great time to be a buyer. I think you'll see listings staying on the market longer, but there will be plenty of buyers with rates as good as they are.
