There were a total of 14 sales from January 2013 to current, April, 2013 in the Town of Scituate
There were 7 sales reported from $99,900 to $209,000
The sale for $99,000 sold within 6 days of being on the market for full price
There were 6 sales ranging in value from $290,000 to $412,000
The listing for $412,000, 14 Jenna Ct was originally on the market for $439,900 and sold within 34 days.
The average SP/LP (sales price/list price) 109% was the high and 90% for the low, 97% was the average
Currently there are 55 Active Listings in Scituate Prices range from a low of $125,000 to a high of $949,000
