I was told “If you join this gym, you will loose weight” . Well I joined and apparently you must go to the gym to loose the weight.. go figure . Seriously ,I have been going to the gym , most of my adult life. I took a breather....haha.. from gym life from 2000 to 2004. I rejoined a gym in 2004, I joined 24 hour fitness for the spinning class. I then left and joined Ballys for the past 8 years.
Today ,I re- joined 24 hour in Westminster. I was frustrated with Ballys- LA Fitness, as their hot tub has been down for 3 years. It was recently repaired and now is broke and closed again.. I attended 24 hour this morning and love the gym, pool ( that was not freezing ..like Bally’s ) and a good soak in the hot tub.
To off set the new gym charged..I skipped my Starbucks today and went to 7-11 for coffee..
Loved the change... try it .. you will like it !!!
