HOME SALES IN COLUMBIA, MARYLAND ARE ON THE UPSWING

Home sales in Columbia, Maryland have picked up significantly in 2013.  The inventory is starting to increase and there are less short sales and foreclosures on the market.  So for the sequestration in the federal government hasn't hurt our real estate market yet, even though we are close to Washington D.C.  Buyers have more confidence now that prices have stabilized and that they will have equity in their homes when they decide to sell.  let's hope this trend continues.  I think it will!
