Yesterday, Aspen Lane Real Estate, attended a Realtor Model Tour of the new Lennar home collections in Castle Rock, Colorado.
We were quite excited for this event as Lennar always presents some GORGEOUS new homes.
We all put on our “dusty boots” and jeans to visit the new homes which are still in framing and drywall stages!
First we made our way over to “Terrain” – A centrally located Castle Rock community featuring expansive parks and trails!
With homes ranging from 3-4 Bedrooms, 2-3 Bathrooms, 1874-3057 square feet and price range from $354,900 - $415,900,
this community is perfect for Colorado Families. Located in the highly acclaimed Douglas County School District and
within a short driving distance of 8 private schools and 8 preschool learning centers.
Now, it takes a lot of imagination to appreciate the beauty of a home that is in framing stage.
Despite the fact that these homes were not the models that we sometimes see, we just LOVE how Lennar always pays attention to detail.
In the very earliest stages of building you can still clearly see that these homes truly embody the Lennar “Everything’s Included” mindset!
Lennar “rolled out the red carpet” and provided lots of yummy foods and drinks!
As you can see in these … slightly edited photos … there will be rounded arches in the doorways, a huge soaking tub in the master bath, a giant kitchen island perfect for entertaining and so much more!
Even the electrical wiring at Lennar homes would make the most anal-retentive home owners SMILE! Above the fireplace Lennar even included a TV Mount!! WOWZA!
We plan to head back on over to Terrain once the models are completed and cannot wait to snap and share some more photos!
