And the winner is...

A number of people have asked who won the Snow Sculpture competition held in Jackson Village a few weeks ago. Well, the first place winners were Conway, NH sculptors Stephen Pullan, Jonathan Pullan and Bryan Steward, Their winning entry called "Transition" was also the People's Choice Award Winner!

The next big fun event in Jackson is the Winter Wildquack Duck Race to be held Saturday, February 23 at Black Mountain with many other great events planned for the day. It's quite a sight to see the ducks come floating down the river but I can imagine the fun of seeing them sliding down the mountain.

There is never a shortage of wonderful events for young and old here in Mt. Washington Valley. If you think you might be interested in learning more about our beautiful area please contact me at any time.

I loved that one as well as the ski lift one. It was pretty neat seeing them in person.

Jim, thanks for sharing the photo. I read Monika's post and wondered who won! I love the White Mountains and look forward to vacations in North Conway every summer.
