On Saturday, he was showing new homes to clients who are looking to build a Mediterranean Style home in the Colleyville or Southlake area. The location was at the new Toll Brothers at Whittier Heights subdivision in Colleyville. Rick's clients were very impressed with the subdivision and were especially pleased with the pricing for the lots.
