Where are all the sellers in Kirkland? Seriously! We have no homes to sell...we need listings. Okay. Maybe an exaggeration, but you get the picture.

We are on an almost all time low on listing inventory. We understand why you have been waiting to sell. Now is the time to take advantage of where we are, right now, in our Kirkland real estate market. We have watched the bottom come and go faster than anybody expected it to. We are heading to a stabilization in the market this year. What that means is we are heading to a point, quickly, where more and more sellers are going to realize what a great time it is to sell. They are going to put their homes on the market and we are actually going to have the amount of listings to sustain the amount of buyers, causing a tremendous slow down in price increases. In turn, stabilizing the market. Now don't get me wrong, a normal market is not a bad thing. However, the next step to the 3 part cycle is??? You guessed it...a buyers market. More sellers than buyers...Don't WAIT!!! Wouldn't you want to be able to take advantage of where we are right now? SELL in a SELLERS MARKET!
