Jim, curious to hear your take on these numbers based on your extensive experience.  Number of pendings as a percentage of listings seems quite low to me (around 11%), would you agree?  Also, does the number of condo foreclosures seem high or just average?  Lastly, I want to make sure I'm reading something right - if I subtract these numbers from the numbers you posted on 2/4 related to condos and townhomes, I should get the number of townhomes active, pending, etc. right?  Looking at those numbers, it seems that condos are outnumbered more than 2 to 1 by townhomes - is that accurate?  Thanks for the good information, as always!

I have not broken down the percentage of Condos to town homes, you must remember that all town homes are not condos.  Many town homes are fee simple.  As far as foreclosures many are not listed as foreclosures...the sellers (the mortgagor) do not like to identify them as such.
