Freedom Mortgage was absolutely great to work with – this was a FHA mortgage, Freedom Mortgage ordered the appraisal right away and we have an approved price in less than 2 weeks after that! The junior lien held us up a bit but the seller was delighted to close a couple weeks before Christmas! She said the short sale approval was a great Christmas gift and was happy to move on. The seller received a waiver of deficiency and relocation cash at closing!
