Commodore I is a small community that is well maintained and financially sound. It's hard to beat the location just around the corner from ever popular Jaycee Park and minutes to open water and the Gulf of Mexico.

When you live here you are within easy walking distance to Jaycee Park and by boat you are out on the river in just minutes with no bridges to worry about. If you want to exercise but not join a gym check out the exercise area provided by the city free of charge. 
Even though community is small they still have their own heated pool for residents to enjoy and docks that are on a first come first serve basis that are assigned by the assoication.
