Hi Pat and Steve - Slideshare has been around for awhile.  What's really brought it to more people's attention, I think, is the big move toward adding visuals such as slideshows and videos to your sites and promotions.

Hi Linda - There's a free version that includes adds and a paid version with only your information.  You can see which one works best for you.
