First, thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment, now if I could get some to stop and buy; I be a happy camper (Realtor).

The absorption rate is in a good range of detached home in the town.  Did you stop by the blog I did the other day on townhouses in the town.  There was at the time JUST ONE TOWNHOUSE on the market for sale.
