Today was one of those days at the office where I just got a ton of stuff done. The weather outside was full of rain, sleet and snow. Thus causing the office today to be some what of a morgue. I closed the door in my office and went on a recruiting frenzy.
Before I knew it I looked up at the clock and it was almost 5 pm. I guess time flies by when send over 50 emails and make over 30 phone calls. Let me tell you it was extremely productive. I even went as far as asking a few of my agents to help me. I gave them homework!
I asked my agents to call someone they worked a deal with in the past year, or a friend of theirs in the business, and get me a lunch scheduled. We will see if it works! Today's efforts so far have stacked up like this. One experienced agent interview tomorrow afternoon, coffee next week with a small broker who has 5 agents in her company and one person who signed up for real estate school.
Not a bad day at all. I will let you know if my agents come through with any recruiting lunches for me. If any of you that read this have any ideas to help with recruiting, please share. I would greatly appreciate it!
