Changes for me this year!

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Real

Along with the new year was a lot of business decisions to be made.  I enjoyed being part of the RE/MAX network but, felt that moving on to Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group was the best business decision for me at this time.  Thank you RE/MAX for having me and Thank you Coldwell Banker for welcoming me into your company.

I am very excited and I am looking foward to a great year with the new change.  Just wanted to let all my Active Rain friends know about the change.  It's still me only better!

Peggy, Sounds like you have made a few changes this year, and as long as they are all good for you that's what's important.  The one good thing about Active Rain is it doesn't matter what Franchise or Company you work for.  The content of your Blog, and how you interact with the Group and Community is what counts.  Good Luck with your new company.......and welcome to the e-PRO Group....just follow the guidelines, they're pretty liberal.....

Thank  you for your response to my blog.  I have been an e-Pro since it first began so I am excited to see an e-Pro group.  I will make sure I follow the guidelines.  I will check that out.  Make it a great day.

Peggy: As it was posted above, Welcome to Coldwell Banker! I am not at a franchise, but at a company-owned office. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Our city is rather small. We are actually an island. I would have to say that most of the REALTORS in Gloucester and Rockport are good friends, no matter which company they work for. While we are competitors during the day, we are friends at all times.

I see some agents at other companies having a tough time right now, especially ones who left out top rival to work for a little start-up. We will see how it shakes out.

Good Luck for 2008!
