When I caught this fella muching up in my tree with one eye on me I thought to myself. I wonder if when squirrels are gathered together trying to figure out where to build a nest, where the best bird feeder is, how to over come the "squirrel proof" bird feeders, if they ever get distracted and yell "HUMAN".

I can hear my dogs barking at it now! I think they taunt my dogs on purpose
The squirrels in our town are tame for the most part. They live on a college campus and get fed pizza and french fries from all the college students. Most of them you can feed by hand.
Hahaha that totally made me giggle! My future brother-in-law was on a group cycling ride one morning and saw a squirrel scamper across the road up ahead. He yelled, "SQUIRREL!!!" and made like he was going to veer left. He said three guys almost wrecked because they were laughing so hard. :-D
What a cute little guy. We nearly ran into a bunny yesterday but my brakes saved him. So cute but not a clue. We tried to get him to pose for a picture for all of you but no luck. He wasn't too worried about my car but he didn't like my camera much at all.
"HUMAN"! how funny Tammy! We have Apert Squirrels up here, they are little black ones and not very good judges of car speeds, unfortunately. I love your photo, it's a good one!

If that was my tree in my year my dog would be barking up it! HA . . . I do think they have a way to chatter Human! They can really yak up a storm sometimes. One would sti on the fence and yak at Molly. Cute picture!

Tammy - great photo! I look out from my office at a tree with a hole in it and watch a family of squirrels go in and out all day. They always have something in their little hands and are so cute.
