You make us very happy with our mild weather in Maryland. I hope you have no storm damage this spring.
Did not enjoy all the rain in Michigan, moved out here where it does not hardly rain any.
I hope you are having some spring weather. Capture the colors of the season with your camera in hand.
To all of the above, Sorry for my delay in answering. If any do check back,please accept my apologies:
We were involved in prep, for & contract paper work to place home on market.
Home went up on a Monday;
We were shopping for outer pillow coverings[never found any--]
Received a call from office as we were having lunch at Panera [ great items];
Came home to find that 4 differeent groups were scheduled for the hours from 4:30-6:00
Had 1/2 hr. to spruce up and then they came. We spent the time in our garage since Sal was the official greeter.
Long story made short--all 4 groups came that Monday. 4 more on Tuesday [next day]. By Wed. had 4/5 more scheduled and a potential Sale of home. Turns out one of Monday's folks had placed a bid ?
We are now in the process of "Waiting"; waiting for his to close this week. Waiting for the final person to come here to asses??? and waiting then for the last days to potential closing.
What a week. Wish I could have enjoyed it more than I did. Mind you--we had not removed the Winter coverings--bad weather up to that Monday, nor had we begun to go through the winter storage areas.
All is basically done now. Raining this weekend and some today Mon. 4/29, but now it is just waiting time.
So didn't totally get down to police site. So sorry for my neglect.
Hopefully all will be resolved early in May. Gentleman who wants to purchase needs a place as he closes on his this week.
Nervous? Maybe/ Probably, but things moved so quickly have not thought about much. Really, really want to start packing though. You know, all those items other than furniture.
Again, didn't mean to ignore anyone. Have a good week---4/29--4/31

Hope you don't get any significant flooding this year. But heavy snow melt will be a problem.
