Kauai is Growing!

Kauai is growing every day ~ even as we speak (or read) ~ there are new subdivisions, new condos, and new homes arriving!

Many projects are nearing completion or just completed, like the Plantations at Princeville and Nihilani condos on the North Shore, the Villas of Puali in Lihue, and Regency Villas in Poipu.

Our island is growing quickly and rapidly becoming more and more popular with the mainland Buyers.

Princeville, a resort residential community on the North Shore comprised of about 1500 units including land, homes, condos, and timeshare units has been our "Golden Area" for many years now.

Poipu, a popular tourist destination on the South Shore, is growing by leaps and bounds with about 3000 new units expected in the next two to ten years.  The largest project in the area is Kukuiula (see below).

Despite the growth, our beauty is still unsurpassed!  The Napali Coastline attracts more and more tourists every day with its huge mountains and Jurassic Park style. Ke'e beach, at the end of the road is just as remote and beautiful as ever. Waimea Canyon, the Grand Canyon of the Pacific, is incredible!
