Transforming PowerPoint Presentations on iPads and iPhones

How do you create a powerful listing presentation? One thing for sure is that a prospective seller is much more impressed by a Realtor® who's tech-savvy than one who's still lugging around a binder. Don't get me wrong...there are items in that binder that don't necessarily translate well into a video or slideshow. However, I guarantee you that a seller is going to be more impressed watching your listing presentation on an iPad than they are looking at a collection of papers.

What about a Pre-Listing Presentation? Create a customized pre-listing presentation and email the prospective seller a link to view it online. Pretty impressive, I'd say. Certainly makes you stand out, doesn't it?

I love Slideshark! It converts your PowerPoint presentations into a video or slideshow format. It's the perfect solution for creating impressive slideshows that look good and function well with the latest technology. 4 Steps is all it Takes:

  1. Create a Power Point Presentation (Or have your friendly Second Self Virtual Assistant do it for you.)
  2. Upload it to your free Slideshark account
  3. Download the Slideshark app (for personal viewings on your handheld device)
  4. Share the link on social media, website, blog site or email to a prospective seller.
  5. BONUS - Search engines love videos.

Hi Bud and Beth - One thing I really like about Slideshark is that it comes with it's own app.  So, you don't have to hunt one down at the Apple store.  Have a great day!

Hi Inna - Thanks for the re-blog.  With so many Realtors doing Listing and Pre-Listing presentations on the handheld devices, I thought this would be the perfect way to do them.  Have a wonderful day!

Instant reblog! Here's the intro...Okay, this sounds very interesting. I believe there's even an app for this on my iPad. Have not tried this yet but it will be fun to compare to the iPad keynote app. I like the pre listing suggestion, too. I upload my PowerPoint to iCloud to save lots of time.

Hi Cheryl - Thank you so much for reblog.  This topic never crossed my mind until Mary Yonkers asked me something about using iPads (sorry, Mary, I don't remember the exact question). Then, I was asked by Realtor if I could create a listing presentation for her that she could download to her iPad.  I like Slideshark because they also have the free app for handheld devices.

Free is music to my ear, of course. I am still such a novice with iPad. Plan to get iPhone so two of my devices are similar.

LOL, Mary.   I almost bought an iPad a couple of weeks ago but, for me, it would just be an expensive toy.  I bought a laptop instead.  Here's the link to download the Slideshark app to your iPad - https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/slideshark-powerpoint-presentations/id471369684?ls=1&mt=8
