Inventories in Northborough remain low (down 25% from last year, and homes going on the market are selling quickly. Median home sale price over the last 90 days was $338,650.
I've personally lived in Northborough since 1996 and currently have two children in a school system that I've been pretty pleased with to date.
Population is just over 14,000. The town has four elementary schools (Zeh,Proctor, Peaslee, and Lincoln), and one middle school (Melican). We share the high school with Southborough (Algonquin Regional High School).
Home to Juniper Hills Golf ( a public golf course which features 36 challenging holes) the town has a number of good restaurants including Romaine's and Bistro Limoncello's. White Cliff's (pictured above is a great place for functions).
Plenty of places to shop as well, including a Wegman's at Northborough Crossing, a Dick's Sporting Goods, and many other stores. Northborough is also convenient for mall shoppers. Just follow Hudson Street from down town, and you'll find the Solomon Pond Mall a few miles down the road.
