A man walked into our office last Saturday looking for me. ME! I should post this to the MEME group!
His house was about to expire, and he of course was unhappy with his previous listing experience, as basically, his house did not sell. He GOOGLED Real Estate agents in Quakertown, PA, and my name came up first. It was a link to my profile page from Active Rain, and also a link to the Quakertown page, where I am on the top of the list!
He wanted to relist with the Bradbury Team, because he liked my web site. Not the company web site, but mine! bradburyteam.com
How about that! We immediately went with him to the property, and toured the home. Shortly there after we actually took the listing.
Keep reading folks, here is the good part....! I blogged about my new listing just after we took it, and showed the address and picture. We got a call from a buyer, without an agent, that wanted to see this property. THEY READ MY BLOG FROM HERE ON ACTIVE RAIN!! Another Realtor on my team showed the property, and they liked it! THEY LIKED IT! WOO HOO! They are talking about writing an offer!
HOW WONDERFUL IS THIS PLACE ANYWAY??
