Blogging to ME real estate buyers is a science, art, passion.

The daily, around the clock hourly broadcast you create on your media streams to one by one reach out and tap individuals on the shoulder.

To let them know you see them in the audience, want to meet their needs whatever they be. It boils down to more than an just a Maine real estate office with a wall of what's for sale this week in your price range Mr Buyer.

The local Maine real estate office is online, working from remote locations to do the job of marketing the property listings in Maine

The job of wearing the REALTOR blue and gold "R" has evolved into tell me about your area first because your signal is strong. Reached me way way beyond the local zip code. And I am out of state, not even in the same country and have an inquiring mind.

Boat loads of questions about the local Maine turf.

And as a regular Johnny on the Spot cub reporter in your local area where you list and sell, my job is to step up to the plate.

Open the mic and start telling the local Maine story. Splashing images of Maine. Producing local area videos of Maine community events. To show them out in the wild blue yonder what it is like in the state Maine.

That big patch of dirt in the upper right hand corner of the country called Maine.maine small town photos

Parked on the Canadian border on three sides. That many think only consists of the sea coastal Maine sections and that's pretty much it. All she wrote. The whole nine yards.

The Internet has changed the rules of Maine real estate marketing.

Blown open the boundaries, restrictions and over come the obstacles of Maine real estate being too far away to seriously, practically  consider when the buyer was many time zones away.

For too long the buyer for the Maine property listing was mostly local. And you did not have to bring them up to speed about the local area and what's it like living here in Maine. Because they already knew that information first hand.

It was much like broadcasting on a small limitied AM radio station with a 1000 watt transmitter than has to be choked, scaled back to 250 watts of juice going into the radiating stick.

Power reduced when black threatening thunderstorm and lightning clouds roll over head. The tower beside the dog house with blinking red or white lights timed to shout out a warning.

And the protective fence around it to shield, keep a safe distance maintained for anyone maine horse farm photobeing zapped that might happen to wander by.

Now it's like a Maine real estate agent, broker, REALTOR can shine, sign on and start broadcasting from million watt transmitters. With one by one new huge towers platforms set up to beam the signal.

Different ones for various applications to hit the market niches, segments, smaller groups. Fine tuned to not just be one size fits all because it does not work that way anymore.

Various signals being harnessed, weed and feeded daily to create a connection. Take your pick ones, a colorful variety for the buyer of real estate in Maine who has questions. Lots of them about your area, the property listings for sale in it.

The Maine real estate listing marketing now online to relay the information to the far from home, other property type buyer.

Who is out there and tapping into the steady signal that gets stocked like a buffet counter of the good stuff. It is not enough to set it up and hope something good happens. Trips back and forth to the Maine kitchen have to happen to create stuff worth reading, watching, listening to when the connection is made online.

Helpful Maine blog posts on what a brand new buyer would want, what you would need if you traded in your hush puppies for a spin in his or her moccasins.

Roger. Roger and talking at the same level as if you and I are sitting eating our local diner eggs and bacon, toast with jam and fresh coffee perched on a local counter turnable stool is what makes the communication, connection happen best. Talk to each other in conversation rather than reading to them a script that is way over the heads of the folks you want to reach. Scale it back to down to Earth simple, real, helpful means be helpful, less brand sensitive and that's it. Thanks for be bopping, stopping in today!

Indeed you are an interesting and fun writer Andy...scooping up the suburban public and whisking them off to the golden north on your snow sled.

S and J ... Lots of unhappy people packed tightly like Maine sardines in the urban, city scapes to the south so just providing another way. The Maine way. Make the leap Steve! You could acclimate, do very well in Maine!
