“Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.” ~Wayne Dyer
Everyday life presents us with opportunities to learn and grow. I had a conversation with an individual who shared their view point of what prosperity meant to them and I quote, "You Don't Look Prosperous so you must not be prosperous." If one feels they need to be dressed in the finest clothing, drive the most expensive car and wear the most dazzling jewelry, then that is their personal definition of what it means to be prosperous. And that is just fine.
When someone chooses to judge others based on the appearance of others, it speaks more deeply about their own life situations.
One, they do not understand they are their own source of prosperity and abundance. So due to that mis-understanding, prosperity then becomes a materialistic foundation in the mind. Two, a comment such as that is fueled by jealousy because subconsciously, a fear-based pattern of lack has manifested within that particular person's life. So to see one who is prosperous but does not match the definition they created within their mindset is a scary thought and realization.
“Before you speak, listen. Before you write, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you invest, investigate. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. Before you retire, save. Before you die, give.” ~ William A. Ward
