I will be hosting an open house at 33 woodland Estate Road, just five minutes north of Campbellford on Sunday April 14, from 2 - 4 p.m.

Malcolm, I hope that your house generated a lot of interest. Brr, I understand the warning about cold water. Our section of Lake Erie is only 42 degrees F. I don't venture in the water until it is at least 70+ F. 80 is even better.
