Tips for Selling Your Home in New Port Richey Florida

Selling your home in New Port Richey Florida requires that your home beats the competing homes on the market.  Hiring a quality professional to advise you and properly market your home to attract the most buyers is important.  Marketing is not enough.  Your home needs to make a stellar impression on your potential buyers.

Here are a few Tips that will help make a great impression on buyers.

Sight - Smell - Sound.  These are the Key Senses to address.

Turn on All Your Lights.  You want your buyers to have a bright and cheerful feeling when entering your home.  a well lit home will always make a better impression on your buyers than a dark home. You want your buyers to feel welcome.

Lower your Air conditioner. Buyers are in and out of the car and other homes all day. They are warm and entering a cool home will make a great impression.  Homes that are cool and comfortable will keep the buyers inside longer.  I see it every day. If a buyer is warm in a house they want to leave and see the next one.

Clean Crisp Smells are important to impress buyers looking at your home in New Port Richey Florida.  I recommend Febreeze or any light clean air freshener.  When working with buyers I have noticed that if the buyer feels the home "smells" they are immediately turned off.

Music is a great way to impress your buyers. Turn on your stereo to a soft station and play music at a low volume.  The whole idea is to make your buyers feel welcome and comfortable in your home.

Your home in New Port Richey Florida is your greatest investment and my job is to assist you in getting the most return on your investment.  My job as your real estate professional is to advertise and market your home and advise you on how to get the most for your home.

All good tips Michael, and so very true! The smell is a big one. I inspected a home the other day that had a serious pet odor, not even sure why there was an offer made. Maybe they were going to continue the tradition!
