Let's Brainstorm Some Good NAR Open House Ideas for this Weekend!

I'll share mine if you share yours! Okay, here's what I've come up with so far touting that friendly challenge.

P.S. I 'm glad I did not bet a cup of Starbucks on this one. Here you go...mine, hers, his and let us know yours!

My idea from jump street was to use the Listings to Leads Open House Flyer because of the lead generation back to my site.

Then of course I Facebooked, Tweeted, LinkedIn and Google Plused the Open House for some good Southern Maryland Real Estate Measure.

Yes, it's a Southern Maryland Treasure. Think NEW Construction in Prince Frederick MD 20678 with the Beach and Bay just down the way. Hey, the seven acres next door is available for just an additional $15,000. Jeepers!

I also entered the Southern Maryland NEW Construction Ready to Settle listing on MLS which propogated it to Realtor.com.

I still need to slide over to Zillow and Trulia to make sure the Open is also listed there. 

Of course, List Hub then hurls it in to the Social Networking Stratosphere. Oh dear, that's clear! Check out List Hub.

Then I teamed up with another Realtor with listings on the same street so one plus one equals THREE when we each promote our properties.

That reminds me, I need to prepare a property flyer on Design Center that highlights all three. Let's go for several SOLDS for a very sweet victory.

But the real treasure trove have been the ideas given back to me. 

My favorites? Go check the NAR site for the hash tag or a toolkit or even flyers for the Nationwide National Association of Realtors Open House Weekend Event.

Our RE/MAX Office is copying the flyers of all our Open House Flyers on the RE/MAX Leading Edge Facebook Page. One generic idea suggested for an office site is  to utilize the links on Realtor.com to promote Agent Opens. Here's mine!

Ditto that suggestion for the Loan Officer who attends all of our meetings. Her Facebook page is is open for shares!
