Sloan’s Lake is a very popular area for buyers, and because most enjoy living here, there is really not a lot of movement in the real estate market. When homes in the area are listed, they don’t stay on the market long.

One of the best features of the area is, what it was named after, Sloan’s Lake and Park, which spans over 177 acres.  The lake itself is large enough to host the Denver Dragon Boat Races each year, and the surrounding park is large enough to contain a brand new and huge play ground, picnic areas, tennis courts, basketball courts and walking paths that surround the entire lake and park.
