Since 2007 I have made it a part of my business to reach out to other
agents in my company and outside of my company to do open houses on
their listings. I have gotten mixed reply's, some Brokers will not allow other
agents to hold homes open. But some are thrilled and I have worked some great open
houses and gotten some really good leads.
This week I have a really nice listing but I am out of town this weekend,
so I reached out to agents that I knew and did not know to find help
holding MY listing open.
I got really good responses and have booked my listing for both days!
It is a win, win, win, and hopefully sale opportunity.
My seller is thrilled with my effort.
The agents are thrilled with the opportunity.
And I can spend a weekend with my family!
