The it factor

Sometimes even I can get surprised. I manage a real estate office, and in so doing I meet a lot of people doing what I do, and usually, I get what you get - I meet the 90% of people who should be doing something else. But yesterday I met someone who blew me away. Now, it wasn’t his volume or his units, or anything else related to his skills as a realtor. It was something completely unique. You ready? He has it. Now, when I talk about “it” I mean the big “it”; the kind of “it” that smacks you in the face and says “hi, I’m it. You didn’t see me coming did, you?” I love what I do. I love every part of my job, from helping agents grow their business to helping an office grow the right way. But there is something else I love. I love being surprised! And yesterday I was. And that made me happy! P.S. Note to self - upgrade my “it”!!!!!!
