Wordless Wednesday at my House

It has been a calm day to just soak in the moment with a cup of tea and read up on all of your blogs.

When I took this pic. I was not so wordless- LOL! Vincent has a habit of wanting to shred that chair cushion to pieces and this was no exception. It seems to be just this one chair and I am not sure what it has done to him but Vincent seems determined to make it pay.

A few second before this he was being the purr-Vincent VS the chairfect cat. I wanted to share a nice relaxing photo, with a  peaceful, napping kitty- but instead... I welcome you all to my real life and Vincent.

You can prevent him from using this chair as a scratching post by giving him his own scratching post.  Look for one that is taller that the cat when he stands on his hind legs.    Scratching is a natural behavior in cats and it keeps their bodies toned.  To stop him from scratching the chair, cover the chair with a cushion or put books or some other personal item on it.  Vincent looks adorable.
