With the start of a new year there has never been a better time to get a fresh start and make you mark! If you have defined new goals this year for yourself or for your business this is the time to take action and make those goals a reality.
How to Achieve Your Goals:
Visualize what you want and then make it concrete--meaning write it or enter it in some type of plan or journal, etc. Seeing your goals makes them real, and also encourages action because no one likes looking at an unfinished task!
Go ahead and reach for Greatness...just remember to break down a large goal into smaller more obtainable goals along the way. This will help keep you motivated. It is encouraging when we reach the smaller goals as we go and this makes reaching a large goal much less intimidating.
Okay...you have a goal, you have a plan, now take action! Whatever your goals may be--remember that you are the only one who can achieve them. You can make your mark in 2008! Even if meeting your goals includes having help that is okay...just take the action you need to succeed.
Finally do not give in to failure...we are not all going to succeed at everything we do all of the time. Failure is reality...the key is to keep moving past a failure. Learn from it and then move on. Don't get bogged down or discouraged--it happens to everyone...just try again. Persistence is one of the greatest attributes successful individuals possess.
I personally have made a goal to grow my business this year by obtaining at least ten new retainer clients for VIRTU-ASSIST. I have plans and I am taking action to make this growth possible for my business. I challenge you to make your mark this year!
