Statistically it is showing a great price increase from 2012 to 2013, I only hope that inventory will increase as summer comes. Low inventory is helping to raise prices.

What has changed in Casta del Sol the most, is the amount of active properties for sale. January 2011 we had 38 active properties available; January 2012 we had only 10 available; January 2013 was even lower with 4 active properties available. As of today there are a total of 6 for sale and all are standard sales. There are no short sales or REOs available at this time and only 1 short sale was listed in the first 3 months of 2013.
