Arvada's first-ever sand sculpture contest, via Sand in the City will be held on the Arvada Center lawn (6901 Wadsworth Blvd., Arvada).
Join in the fun on June 14 between 4 pm and 8 pm, and on June 15 between 10 am and 6 pm.
The event is free, and parking is free!
Teams will create amazing sculptures (hopefully) for our amazement, and there will be a kid's sand box, a dig for buried treasure for kids, live music, food and retail vendors, and sand volleyball.
