The National Association of Realtors will be sponsoring the National Open House weekend April 20-21, 2013. It should be a busy weekend in the real estate industry.
Two pieces of information I found interesting, one is that most married couples and unmarried couples are more like to walk through an open house than a single buyer. two homebuyers over 65 are more like to use an open house.
In order to make it is a successful weekend, you might need a partner that can help you qualify a buyer, so I'm working this weekend too.
