Who do your write for?

When writing a a blog, sometimes you need to think about who you are writing for. Are you writing to your colleagues, or the consumer. If you are writing to the consumer, what are you trying to get across to them. Is it always about Real Estate, your listing? Why not talk to them about more then just Real Estate.

Here is a list of blog post I have done for Real Estate...

Here are some blog post I have done about the community...

Where would you like to get some good place to eat?

So when you are writing, think about who you plan on reaching. I like to write about different topics. I don't always like to write about Real Estate, because its not always about that. That's not the only people I am trying to reach.

So who do you write for?

This is excellent advice Jeannette! There are more to people than the home they live in and it is a good idea to try to build relationships that are based on other common interest too!

Thanks Dinah, I wish more people would think that way. Once we have a client and either help them sell or uy, I want to be able to continue the relationship. What better way then this?

I couldn't gree more Jeannette - it's all about engaging people and there are lots of ways to do that other than straight real estate talk.

Yeah straight Real Estate talk will not generate a conversation with the consumer!

Brilliant approach:  to have the end in mind -- maximum exposure!  Congrats Jeanette
