VA Loan Limits in Colorado

The VA Loan Limits in Colorado for the most part follow the conforming loan limits, which mean a maximum loan amount of $417,000.  Unlikely FHA loans, the VA loan limit does include the VA Funding Fee, so that is an important thing to keep in mind. 

However, in some counties, the VA Loan Limits in Colorado are higher.  For example, in Boulder County, the limit is $443,750 in 2013.  Below is a list of the "high balance" VA counties in Colorado:

—  Boulder  $443,750

—  Lake $712,500

—  Pitkin  $1,094,625

—  Routt  $550,000

—  San Miguel   $1,094,625

—  Summit  $667,500
