What a Sacramento Real Estate Agent Needs for Success

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Gold DRE #00697006

sacramento real estate agentThis morning I received a spam email through Active Rain from a seller of socks of Poland who decided that writing to a Sacramento real estate agent was a good way to sell socks. Socks from Poland, no less. Can't say it has ever crossed my mind that I need Polish socks for some reason. I have plenty of socks in my sock drawer and if I didn't, Poland would not be on the radar for socks.

It constantly astonishes me what people do and think is a good way to market. To be successful in the business, there's only one thing you need to do.

If you're a Sacramento real estate agent, you should know what that one thing is that you need. If you don't do anything else, at least do this. Read more in my personal blog today about The One Tool a Sacramento Real Estate Agent Needs. Or any agent, for that matter.

It all boils down to that darn communication thing.  You have to be able to communicate in this business.

Elizabeth - You mean to tell me you don't advertise your services on footwear sites? Kidding of course, but I'm not sure what these people are trying to accomplish, spamming links I get, but an e-mail? That's a tad strange.

Exceptional Agents, Outstanding Results

Oh yea the black beast.  I've know not many successful agents who gets much business that does not answer their calls.  It's like the device is going to bite them.  Just don't understand.
